Govind Gautama

Club Manager

Govind started his career in the Health & Fitness Industry in 2007. Starting out as a Fitness Instructor, Class Instructor & Personal Trainer. Then working his way up to Management of Personal Trainers & then Manager of Club’s.

Govind loves to see people grow which is why he became a Master Trainer. He has found it very fulfilling to help develop Personal Trainer’s to further with their knowledge & skill set. 

In his spare time, he enjoys Boxing & Martial Arts, he has been doing this since the age of 15. So he decided to become a Qualified Boxing Coach & Certified Level 3 Advanced Personal Trainer from National Association of Sports Medicine. Govind also has a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Yoga – YMCA Fit Award.

Govind wants to help people improve their Health & Fitness. Whether you need to lose weight, tone up or develop your mental health he wishes to be a part of your journey.

Megan Moore

Megan is a personal trainer and class instructor, specialising in Body Pump and Stages indoor cycling. She is also a sports massage therapist, here at The Club.

Megan regularly updates her health and fitness education to ensure that she stays up to date with industry trends and will qualify as a yoga instructor at the end of 2021.

Constantly progressing her clients, Megan is highly results-oriented in her approach to all aspects of training, experimenting with new exercises before tailoring them for each client. As a true people person, Megan believes that communication is key to
a successful client/trainer relationship.

In her spare time, Megan enjoys eating out at fancy restaurants, shopping, live music events, festivals & DANCING! Megan is also planning to compete in a bikini competition in 2022! This will be both mentally and physically challenging but totally worth the end result!

Kevin Owusu

Kevin grew up in love with sports, which in turn led into Personal Training as he wanted to share his enjoyment of sports and living a healthy lifestyle with others. Working in the fitness industry was a lifelong dream and has kept Kevin highly motivated, professional and hardworking. Sometimes, all you need is a little push from someone to help you to achieve your fitness goals, and that is what Kevin
encourages his clients to do. He takes a step further and gives 100 percent to make sure that his clients achieve their fitness goals.

Exercising generally provides Kevin with a purpose outside of life, whilst lifting weights, for example, helps him feel stronger.

Kevin is passionate about athleticism. He took part in a lot of sports when he was younger. He played for the local basketball team which he thoroughly enjoyed. His teammates would always pass the ball to him. They knew he would always score a 3 pointer! This shows they have the belief and trust in him not to disappoint and that is what made him stand out.

Tara Moore

Fitness Instructor

Tara lives in Watford with her husband, three children and two Hungarian Vizslas.

Tara is a part time Fitness Instructor at The Club. Tara likes to see you sweat in her HIIT classes. Previously she ran a female fitness group called Body Battle and donated all proceeds to a local Hertfordshire charity, Peace Hospice Care. During lockdown she delivered daily Zoom sessions to her members.

Tara keeps herself in peak condition as she likes to take part in group treks for charity and for fun. In May 2022 Tara added Mount Kinabalu’s summit in Borneo & Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania to her ever growing list of conquests. To date Tara has raised over £50,000 for charity. Her next challenge in The Inca Trail in Peru in 2024.

If Tara isn’t climbing mountains or at The Club taking classes, she will be at her desk in the role of office manager for her husband’s fire protection company. Tara is also a qualified primary school teacher and holds private 11+ group tutoring sessions most weekday evenings, a business which she established in 2009.

Tara’s aim is to inspire others to step outside their comfort zone and achieve their goals by having a strong body and mind to cope with life’s challenges.
