Pay-As-You-Go

This is perfect for those who have no free time and just need some direction to carry on training on their own.
This package includes the following:

 

  • 60-minute personal training session;
  • In-body Health Assessment and Measurements (optional)
  • Tailored workout programme for the next 6 weeks

Maintenance

Our maintenance package provides support for those who want an extra push to get them out of their comfort zone; and accountability to keep them focused, motivated and on track to achieving their health and fitness goals.

 

  • One hour training sessions each week for four weeks;
  • Nutritional guidance to ensure you maintain your results
  • In-body Health Assessment and measurements (optional)
