The Club is providing a wide range of wellbeing services including; beauty treatments, sports massage and nail bar whilst introducing additional services added on a monthly basis.
Pop up events such as health assessments, mindfulness and postural analysis are provided free of charge and available to all and not just new members.
Conducted by a member of The Club team they will be able to provide advice and support on how to find a healthier you.

Megan Moore

Megan started her sports therapy career in 2015, qualifying in deep tissue and Indian head massage. She is now a sports massage therapist whose passion for fitness is coupled with her enthusiasm for optimising performance, alleviating/preventing injuries and ensuring that clients are back to their best quickly.
Sports massage therapy can assist with many different conditions, from frozen shoulders, back/neck pain, tennis elbow, persistent injuries and postural issues to trapped nerves and joint/mobility problems as well as general aches, pains, trigger points, muscle tightness and soreness.
Additionally, Megan’s holistic approach to sports massage therapy is highly beneficial for stress relief and relaxation.

You are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete a confidential Treatment Consultation form and for you to relax and benefit fully from your treatment.
Bookings and Cancellation policy
We understand that life doesn’t always run smoothly and there are times when you may need to cancel an appointment. A deposit of 50% of your treatment price will be payable when booking and is redeemable against your treatment. If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please allow at least 24 hours notice and we will be pleased to put your deposit towards a new booking. We regret we cannot transfer or refund deposits for treatments missed or where less than 24 hours is received.
Please inform us if you are currently undergoing any medical treatment at time of booking so that we can make necessary adaptions to ensure you receive the best and safest treatment possible.
